1. All attendees are required to wear a mask while on the grounds at the facility. Archers, at the shooting line only, will be allowed to remove their mask while shooting. 1 archer per bale per line.

2. No coaches will be allowed on the field of play or in the archers seating area.

3. Archers and spectators will need to provide their own food, water, seating & canopies. No groups shall share canopies with those outside of their immediate household. We are asking archers to attend with only 1 parent or spectator if possible.

4. Participants are not to congregate in groups of more than 10 at anytime. Bales & seating will be arranged accordingly.

5. Sanitizer will be available throughout the venue.

6. Final scorecards and tablets will be picked up at the bales.
If electronic scoring is used the tablet shall not be passed among archers. Tablets will be disinfected between sessions. Archers shall provide their own pencils.

7. No awards ceremonies. Medals will be mailed out to addresses used on registration form.

8. Registration limited to 80. A wait list will be maintained after lines are full.

9. Attendees are permitted at designated session only and are required to leave the field as soon as possible after session is completed.

10. In case of event cancellation refunds will be made.
